Once again, BRIC Group, developer of Brazil property atThe Coral, a 5* star resort located on the stunning tropical beaches of Northeast Brazil, has scooped another set of International Property Awards. The resort has won accolades for Best Residential Development and Best Mixed-Use Development in the 2015-2016 America’s edition of the Awards.
The Coral competed against a number of the best developers in the Americas to receive these recognitions, some of the world’s most prestigious property awards. The actual level of award – the maximum 5-star or highly commended – will be announced at a gala presentation dinner in Barbados at the end of October. Overall winners go forward to the final stage of the awards to compete against international property developers for the coveted prize of World’s Best Developer.
“The Americas’ developers have really taken up the gauntlet and submitted a number of outstanding developments,” said Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards. “These projects are attractive, highly functional, eco-friendly and feature the latest state-of-the-art technology.”
The International Property Awards are governed by a strict set of criteria and competing developments are required to fulfil stringent requirements. Ensuring these requirements are met is an independent panel of over 70 judges, all highly experienced in their fields of expertise and from all over the world. Chairing the panel are two active members of the British House of Lords, Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
BRIC Group is no stranger to the International Property Awards – in last year’s edition, The Coral took several prizes for development quality including Best Residential Development in Brazil. Other recognition last year came in the form of three Highly Commended awards for property at The Coral.
